I want to update you on the expansion of our services and the proactive steps we are taking to continue to serve all of your financial needs, with our top priority being the health, safety and well-being of you and our team members.
We Look Forward to Welcoming You Back in Our Branch Lobbies starting Monday, June 8, 2020.
All TopLine branch lobbies will re-open for normal business hours (Monday – Thursday 9:00am to 5:00pm, Friday 9:00am to 6:00pm and Saturday 9:00am to 1:00pm).
TopLine’s Top Priority is to Keep All Team Members and Member-Owners Safe.
We will continue to place the highest priority on health and safety by following guidelines set by the CDC, Minnesota Department of Health and other health agencies.
Our proactive steps and safety measures include:
- Practicing safe social distancing at all branch locations, with a TopLine greeter at each lobby door limiting the number of members allowed in a branch at a given time
- Providing Personal Protective Equipment for all staff including face coverings which will be required to be worn when serving and meeting with members
- Strongly encouraging members to wear face coverings when visiting us in person
- Installing Plexiglas protective shields in lobbies and office areas
- Cleaning and disinfecting all high-touch surfaces and work spaces based on CDC guidelines
- Adding multiple hand sanitizer stations at all locations
- Limiting lobby seating areas, removing kids play area, and no longer serving coffee and snacks
- Deposit slips and pens will no longer be available at deposit counters; tellers will provide
- Closing all restrooms to the public
- All employees will be required to adhere to a health screening checklist prior to coming to work each day

And don’t forget, you can always bank with us using our contactless services like online and mobile banking, automated phone system and call center – to check balances, make transfers, make payments, deposit checks, apply for loans and more! And, of course, visiting us in our drive-thru’s!
