Membership is available to anyone who lives, works, worships, attends school or volunteers in Anoka, Carver, Dakota, Hennepin, Ramsey, Scott or Washington Counties and their immediate family members*.

Today, membership in Minneapolis/St. Paul-based TopLine Federal Credit Union is open to individuals and their immediate families who live, work, worship, attend school or volunteer in the Twin Cities counties of Anoka, Carver, Dakota, Hennepin, Ramsey, Scott and Washington in Minnesota.
How to Join
All that's required to join is a completed membership application and an initial deposit of at least $5 into a share savings account. The $5 is not a membership fee, but a deposit. It is yours to withdraw should you ever decide to discontinue your credit union relationship.
There are two easy ways to join:
- Apply online and join by mail
Complete your application online, then print it and mail it to us along with a copy
of your government issued identification card.
- Visit a Branch Office
Stop by a TopLine branch location to complete your application in person.
*An immediate family member is defined as a grandparent, parent, spouse, sibling, child, grandchild or roommate. In the case of roommates, a single economic unit must be maintained (i.e., pay bills together, etc.).
