Our automated voice response system will guide you through a menu of options to obtain detailed account information, check your account balance, conduct transfers between accounts, make loan payments, request a loan, open an account and more.

- Call us at 763-391-9494 or 800-626-1448 and press 6 to select Phone Banking.
The first time you use the automated system you will be asked to go through a short enrollment process, even if you have enrolled in the past. The system will ask for:
- From Main Menu, press option #6 for Phone Banking
- Enter Member Number and first 2 letters of your last name - press #
- Enter password - press #
- If you were given a temporary password you will be prompted to change it
