To enroll in TopLine's Online Banking:

  • Sign up by Email: Email Member Services. Your password will be assigned and mailed the next business day. (For security purposes, do not include personal or specific account information in your request.)
  • Sign up by Phone: Call 763-391-9494 or 800-626-1448 between 8:30 a.m. and 5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday.
