I stopped at the Plymouth branch to deposit a check. Troy, the branch manager, informed me that he could help save me money on my mortgage. I called him the following Monday and he told me that TopLine could reduce my existing mortgage from a 30yr to a 15yr and save me over $50K* in interest, and my payment would only increase by $34.00! It has been so easy to work with the mortgage team, Tammy helped me obtain all the paperwork I needed for the loan and Taylor has been able to quickly answer all my questions. TopLine is putting me in a better position and saving me thousands of dollars and all because I stopped to deposit a check through the Plymouth branch drive-thru. I feel thrilled and fortunate to be a TopLine member as I know they are looking out for me and my financial future. They are the BEST!

I just wanted to send a quick note to say how much I appreciate TopLine, and to remark on what high quality you provide. I haven't been into a branch in several months because of the pandemic, but every time I did in the past your tellers made the process smooth and easy, and they're so friendly! I always felt at home when I walked into the Plymouth branch. And now that I'm doing everything online, I have to tell you, TopLine's website and the account dashboard are just head and shoulders above any other financial institution's. It makes it easy to stay on top of my finances, and I sure appreciate you. Thank you for all you do, and keep up the good work!

Working with TopLine Federal Credit Union has been wonderful. I decided to refinance my car loan and TopLine made it such an easy experience for me! They offered me a lower interest rate, so obviously saying YES was a no-brainer. The Member Service Specialist I met with was friendly and did a great job answering all of my questions. I know from this experience alone that I'll look to TopLine first for any of my other loan needs in the future.

I wanted to take the time to point out what a wonderful job your Insurance Representative, Phil, has been doing and to let you know how happy I’ve been with TopLine’s services. I’m currently starting a company in the home improvement market and was looking at my insurance options. I noticed in a newsletter that TopLine offered insurance solutions. Phil quickly responded to my many inquires and demands and went above and beyond to find me an affordable rate. I know he will continue to match the correct coverage for my needs because he has taken the time to truly understand my business. I’ve also recently signed a home equity loan with Tim in Brooklyn Park and an auto loan. Tim was also very helpful and fun to work with. It is great to have Phil and Tim in my corner!

Car shopping can be very stressful, and Kari K. at TopLine answered all my questions, was thorough in her responses, and made the process streamlined and easy for me to understand. She helped me look through multiple vehicles values for a few days in a row, locked me in at a great interest rate, and has been there for me every step of the way.
