TopLine Online Bill Pay*

Save time and money when you pay your bills online. Schedule one-time or recurring payments and never worry about missing a bill. Payments requested are automatically deducted from your TopLine checking account. Protect against check fraud by making electronic payments and avoiding unsecured mail. You can pay virtually any business or individual with a mailing address within the U.S. For example, you can pay your car loan, mortgage, rent, utilities, internet/cable, credit cards or individuals such as your landlord or babysitter and you'll have access to a 24/month payment history. And TopLine's Online Bill Payment Service is FREE.

To enroll in TopLine's Online Bill Pay and Online Banking:

  • Click on the Bill Pay tab once logged into Online Banking. To enroll in TopLine's Online Banking, click here.
  • Sign up by Email: Email Member Services. (For security purposes, do not include personal or specific account information in your request.)
  • Sign up by Phone: Call 763-391-9494 or 800-626-1448 between 8:30 a.m. and 5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday.

With TopLine's Free Online Bill Pay you can:

  • View your bills online.
  • Pay all your bills from one website.
  • Schedule single, recurring or future-dated payments.
  • Make changes to schedule payment before they are sent.
  • Receive email notifications that remind you of bill activity.
  • Track your payment status and history.
  • Customize reports to track budget and spending.
  • Set up Account Alerts to be delivered by text message or email to any mobile device.
  • And more!

Online Bill Pay menu selections include:

  • Payment Center – Billers, merchants and others identified to receive payments. Make payments to billers already set up, set up reminders and see pending and recent payments.
  • Add a Bill – Set up new billers, merchants and others identified to receive payments.
  • Bill History – The Payments History screen shows a tabular listing of historical payments.
  • Popmoney – Person to person payment.
  • My Accounts – View your account and balance. You may also edit the nickname of your account.
  • My Profile – View and edit your personal information, update your checking account, view payment plans or cancel Bill Pay service.
