Account Requirements

  • Minimum opening deposit of $5
  • Must be eligible for TopLine membership
  • Must be a Minnesota or Wisconsin resident
  • Qualifying entry amount: $25 month-over-month balance increase, maximum of 4 entries per month
  • Account must be open and active to win during drawing period
  • 12-month savings commitment (fees for early withdrawal):
  • 1st withdrawal = $10 fee
  • 2nd withdrawal = $25 fee
  • 3rd withdrawal = account is closed
  • Limit one WINcentive Savings Account per member
  • Age 18 years of age or older (or minor may open account with parental agreement)
  • Business and trust accounts, or other non-consumer accounts are not eligible
